To the wonderful staff of Mia Carolina,
We want to thank you for the lovely luncheon that you catered in your private party room for our daughter’s “Sweet 16”. The buffet was delicious, the ambiance delightful, and the service impeccable. We were impressed to see the owner, Jay Cohen, working right alongside the other staff in the kitchen. The highlight was the beautiful cake that topped off the meal, prepared by your own in-house pastry chef. The fact that you more than satisfied thirty sixteen year old girls speaks louder than we ever could. Before leaving the parking lot, the children were overheard telling their parents just how wonderful the food was! Kudos to all of you for a job well done.

First of all, the food was excellent: fresh, tasty and good-size portions. Both my husband and I, good eaters, brought part of our entrée home. The salad was fresh and varied and the salad dressing (your house Italian) should be bottled for sale. I really love it. The waiter was friendly and informative about your menu. Also, I thought your prices were reasonable. We eat out a lot, due to our occupations, and your restaurant was one of the best I have eaten in in a long time, especially in Baltimore. I have already told several people to go there and gave my friend a pack of matches so she would know your name and phone number. Keep up the good work.

What a wonderful thing you’re doing on behalf of Moveable Feast! Regretfully, we won’t be able to participate by dining at Mia Carolina on April 27 - So we’re sending a contribution to include with the proceeds donated to Moveable Feast after “Dine out for life”. We enjoy your restaurant and will certainly be coming at some other time. Hopefully you’ll have mussels to serve.

Thank you so much for a wonderful evening on Friday, July 28th. The 40th anniversary celebration for my parents was just what we had in mind. I appreciate your flexibility and advice in creating a customized menu for the party. Alice, our server, was extremely pleasant and very accommodating. The food was delicious, including the beautiful cake with fresh flowers. And, the set-up of the room was perfect!
