The Restaurant

Mia Carolina offers a fusion of old-world and new-world Italian cuisine.  Our bread, sauces, and soup stocks are made from scratch daily with the highest quality ingredients.  This approach, working together with a casual yet sophisticated dining experience and exemplary service, gives Mia Carolina a unique, yet traditional taste of Italy.

Our crisp, rustic bread is baked fresh throughout the day, and taken straight from our ovens to your table, as a compliment to our flavorful sauces, tender pasta, and quality meats.  In the tradition of true Italian trattorias, the sights, sounds, and aromas of authentic Italian cuisine are recreated everyday at Mia Carolina.
